Here you will find answers to questions we are frequently asked. If you have further questions, feel free to contact our team. We will take the time for you and provide detailed advice.

Arrival & Check-In

Arrival is flexible and independent of office hours. The keys to your holiday apartment are in a key safe located directly at the property. All relevant information about your arrival and the apartment is available in our guest app. The code for the key safe will be sent to you via SMS and email no later than one day before your arrival. If your apartment is ready before 4:00 PM, we will also inform you via SMS or email. This ensures a smooth and relaxed arrival.

Departure should generally occur by 10:00 AM. A later departure is not possible. To assist with our cleaning organization, please inform us of your planned departure time via the guest app. Once you have left the apartment, please also check out via the guest app. Thank you for your cooperation!

On behalf of the municipalities, we collect tourist or resort taxes. These are used to finance tourist infrastructure such as hiking trails, bike paths, ski trails, snowmaking systems, and to support events and public expenses like waste disposal, sewage, and road maintenance. Please note that there are no guest cards with discounts. Offers like “cable cars included” or “ski pass included” are not part of this and must be organized and paid for by you directly.

Please purchase your ski tickets in advance via the “Snow-Deal” platform. Early booking allows you to benefit from attractive prices.
