The apartment house Residenza Belvair is located at the southern entrance to the village of Zuoz, one of the best-preserved and most beautiful villages in the central Engadine. The historic village center, train station, bus stop, and various shopping opportunities are just a few minutes' walk away.

Within a short distance from the house are the 18-hole golf course, the nearby national park with many hiking options, tennis courts, mountain biking routes, and riding facilities.
