Reichlich Platz sowohl in den beiden Aufenthaltsräumen (Erdgeschoss) als auch in den beiden Schlafräumen (Obergeschoss). Küche hervorragend ausgestattet. WC/Dusche (1 Raum) neben den Schlafräumen. Zu beachten: Böden nicht auf gleichem Niveau, daher Haltegriffe an diversen Stellen. Steile interne Treppe ins Obergeschoss mit Handlauf zur Sicherung.

10 minutes drive away from St. Moritz and Pontresina, that place is perfect for a traditional atmosphere in an old house with thick walls and wooden furniture. Very cozy and warm. Kitchen is small but well-equipped. Two living rooms downstairs, and shower and two bedrooms upstairs. Perfect for a couple and kid, or friend. The floors are squeaky, the way they should be in that kind of house. The house might be appropriate for professional trip, like remote working in a quiet area, but be aware that the house has a neighbor apartment with a guy who listen to violin music every morning. And the sound passes through a thin wooden wall very well. But the second living room downstairs is isolated enough to not hear that music. The desk upstairs is however right next to the wooden wall. During the evening and at night, it's totally quiet. Aside from that, that house is awesome. Car recommended, but during the summer, you can go around with a bicycle very easily. Also, the house was clean. No direct contact with the owner, but the mail exchanges were nice. Definitely recommended.

Schöne und gut ausgestattete Wohnung in typischem Engadiner-Stil.

Als Familie haben wir uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist alles was mann braucht vorhanden, das Objekt ist sehr gut ausgestattete.
